This dish is a 12 ounce portion about the size of a large pizza with 5 ounces of blueberries, 6 oz of toasted pecans. The Chef has to flip the pancake with a traditional spatula and a drywall blade because of the size. It also comes with a quarter pound of sausage and 6 ounces of eggs.
